Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located at the south end of Lincoln City in the Taft District.
Q. Are you open holidays?
A. We are closed for all major holidays.
Q. Can I take my project home the day I complete it?
A. It needs to cool overnight. You will be able to pick up your project the following day or have it shipped.
Q. Can you ship my project home for me?
A. Yes, we provide insured shipping services for our customers.
Q. Can my children Participate?
A. Children between 8-10 years of age require parental supervision.
Q. Do I need to bring anything?
A. We only ask that you wear closed-toed shoes and please do not wear fleece.
Q. How long does it take to complete the process?
A. The process takes 20-30 minutes.
Q. Do I need to make a reservation?
A. We highly recommend making reservations. This will ensure there is a space for you.
Q. When should I arrive if I made a reservation?
A. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your reserved appointment time in order to fill out the necessary paperwork.
Q. What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
A. If you're late you might need to reschedule your appointment. There is high demand and your spot could be given away if you are more than 10 minutes late. In the summertime traffic on the coast is heavy, so please plan ahead for extra travel time.
Q. Do you have a gallery?
A. Yes, we have a gallery at the Studio. Additionally, the Volta Gallery is located across the street from our glass blowing facility.
